Trans-Mit add on for Check Factory
Email, Fax or Print Purchase Orders, Invoices, Statements directly form
your accounting software. Comes out at the other end just like a printed form
complete with the form overlay and your company logo. The Trans-Mit output looks
just like you e-mailed or faxed a printed form.
Faster than FEDEX
Uses the E-Mail address, Fax Number, Vendor Name and Vendor Contact stored in
your Accounting Software (if available) to route the fax. Send a thousand
Purchase Orders to a thousand vendors in one step. Do the same for Invoices and
Statements. handles multiple pages to the same destination in one fax or e-mail.
How it works with Macola Purchase Orders.
Run Check Factory and minimize.
Run Macola 7.x
Verify that each vendor has a valid e-mail address or fax
number in the vendor record.
- Print a batch of Purchase Orders as you would normally print them in
Macola. The batch may be to any number of vendors with any number of
Purchase Orders per vendor. Each vendor receives a cover page describing who
the e-mail or fax is from and to whom it is to be delivered as well as the
number of pages to expect.
- Check Factory will automatically process the print job and make it ready
for Trans-Mit.
- Run Trans-Mit and select the batch to process.
- Check your e-mail Sent box or the detailed fax log to verify that all
Purchase Orders were received. Re-send any that did not go through.
It couldn't be easier.
No other program will let you e-mail or fax direct from your accounting
software using data from your accounting sofware AND provide a typeset quality
form overlay with your company logo.
