Check Factory® is a complete MICR check printing software, designed to completely replace the need to purchase preprinted checks. Check Factory® works inside  Passport software and takes only a few minutes to install.

• One step process prints your checks and MICR encoding at the same time.

• Up to three signatures may be printed, each assigned a dollar limit.
• Multi-part checks. Each part may be assigned a laser printer paper source bin.

• Scan in your own logo and up to three signatures. Print words below each signature line.
• Print W2's on blank paper (except for government required red copy).
• Last job reprint feature. Stores the last print job so that it can be reprinted without having to reprint via Passport.
• Print typeset quality Invoices and Statements too! Even multiple parts on a laser printer.

AUTOMATIC SIGNATURES

• Scan in your own signature(s) to print on checks.
• Easily access printer resident signature/graphic cartridges or SIMMs.
• Assign a password to each graphic signature on a check.
• Require multiple signatures only if the dollar amount of the check is over a certain amount. (Signature line will print only if dollar amount exceeds limit set)

AUDIT TRAIL:

• Creates an audit report for any or all checking accounts. Reports activity each time a checking account is accessed. Reports date, check number, payee, amount, time, account, user name etc.

SECURITY

• Design an unlimited number of security schemes with flexibility offered by no other product.
• 999 million levels of security
• A user ID and Password is required to access any checking account, plus you may also assign an additional password to EACH checking account. Additionally you may also password protect each individual signature on the check.
• Assign a security range for each checking account.
• Example: Account has security range of 1000 to 2000. Only users with a security level between 1000 and 2000 would have access to the account.
• Assign a password to each signature on an check.

GRAPHICS

• Import any bitmap graphic format for logos and signatures. Visually see the graphic on screen.
• Scan images directly into Check Factory using a TWAIN compatible scanner.

HARDWARE and PRINTERS required

Hewlett Packard or compatible PCL5 MICR compatible LASER printers ONLY!. No matter what others may say, MICR check can only be printed on a LASER printer using MAGNETIC TONER. HP Series II, bubble jet, ink jet printers are NOT compatible.
